Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced project leaders with 5+ years at top strategy firms to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across decks architecture, storyline reviews, executive synthesis, and partner-ready deliverables.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week at $100/hour with ASAP start, collaborating with investors and consultancies on paid expert calls and advisory opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at MBB or an equivalent top strategy firm, including team leadership at Project Manager level
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling full client deliverables
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows
• Lead deck architecture and storyline reviews for professional deliverables
• Provide executive-level synthesis and partner-ready materials
• Ensure quality control of team-produced slides
• Deliver comprehensive, client-ready presentation packages
