Job summary

Ethos is seeking Senior Project Leaders with 5+ years at top strategy firms to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks, overseeing deck architecture, storyline reviews, and executive-level synthesis to deliver partner-ready outputs with top-notch PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with team leadership at Senior Project Leader level.
• Expertise in structuring and quality-controlling client deliverables.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Oversee deck architecture and storyline reviews for executive-level synthesis.
• Produce partner-ready deliverables and quality-control team-produced slides.
• Support steering committee presentations with crisp, high-quality visuals.
