Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced management consultants to help train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across workflows like storyline development and executive summaries.

The role is fully remote, with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour, aligned with top-tier consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
