Job summary

Optasia is seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to drive company-wide AI learning and adoption. This hands-on role within the People team involves designing and delivering training, growing an AI Champions network, and driving engagement to help employees use AI to enhance work processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator and AI practitioner, familiar with Claude and Copilot, and able to translate new AI capabilities into practical, high-impact applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' proven leadership in AI enablement, L&D and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and learning content.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing AI agents, workflows or automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Optasia's AI enablement strategy, roadmap and adoption initiatives.
• Design and deliver company-wide AI curriculum and upskill sessions.
• Provide 1:1 coaching, hands-on workshops and demos to staff.
• Develop an AI Champions network across functions.
• Teach employees to identify AI opportunities and build practical AI solutions.
• Partner with IT and Security to promote responsible AI use and governance.
• Own internal AI communications, campaigns and resources.
• Create a self-service AI learning hub with guides and prompts.
• Measure adoption, impact and business value to drive improvement.
