Job summary

Client of Salt is seeking a senior AI Adoption & Evangelism leader to drive measurable AI adoption across a large enterprise. You will own the adoption strategy, engagement, use-case activation and measurement of business impact across functions.

You will define KPIs, build an AI Champions network, and partner with AI, product, technology and transformation teams to embed adoption into new initiatives. Executive communications and change management are key to success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise adoption or transformation.
• Proven experience owning large-scale adoption or behaviour-change programmes.
• Strong analytical and programme-management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience translating AI technology into practical business use cases.

Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise adoption, transformation, digital workplace, product adoption or change .
• Proven experience owning large-scale adoption or behaviour-change programmes.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI assistants and enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Strong analytical and programme-management skills, with experience using adoption/usage data.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience translating AI technology into practical business use cases.
• Comfortable operating in large, complex or regulated organisations.
• Strong advantage: Experience driving AI adoption across 1,000+ employees, building AI champion networks, or working within government, banking or other regulated environments.
• We are looking for someone who can make AI adoption a measurable business outcome not simply someone who can train or promote AI.
