Job summary

We are looking for an innovative, business-oriented Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption & Enablement Consultant to support enterprise users and leadership teams in adopting and maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI productivity tools. This role is not a traditional technical trainer position. We are looking for someone who can connect with people, understand business challenges, translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases, and deliver engaging learning experiences to employees at all levels, including senior management and executives. The ideal candidate should be confident, curious, accountable, highly communicative, and comfortable working with different personalities and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity capabilities.
• Develop and deliver workshops tailored to different audiences, from end users and champions to Directors, VPs, MDs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Translate Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities into real-world business use cases relevant to different functions and job profiles.
• Understand how different business functions operate and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, communication, reporting, and daily workflows.
• Demonstrate practical use cases across Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Support organizations in driving AI adoption and behavioral change, rather than simply delivering technical training.
• Customize training content based on audience needs, business context, and level of technical knowledge.
• Engage confidently with senior management and facilitate discussions around AI opportunities and business value.
• Create innovative demonstrations, exercises, scenarios, and learning materials that make AI concepts easy to understand and apply.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI ecosystem and continuously introduce new use cases and ideas.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously improve the adoption and enablement approach.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to support successful Copilot adoption

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, AI productivity, or Microsoft 365 training/adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
