Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a proactive administrator to join our GBS team in the UAE. The role emphasizes coordinating facilities, telecom billing, and vendor management to ensure reliable services across the bank.

We value candidates with a minimum of three years in administration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal and PC skills. Flexible and remote working options are available, subject to business needs and eligibility.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in administration.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and PC skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local market.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange for in-house cleaning services and coordinate with vendors to maintain service standards across the Bank.
• Prepare technical analysis reports and tender evaluations; provide scope of work to procurement.
• Process invoices for settlement with unit cost allocations and approvals.
• Maintain centralized telecom voice account database across branches.
• Validate bills against accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with units on monthly telecom variances to ensure timely payments.
• Liaise with Etisalat on billing disputes and aging of payments.
• Resolve irregular variances in monthly charges to ensure timely payments.
