Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) invites a capable Officer to join Trade Finance Operations in the UAE. You will process trade finance transactions accurately within timeframes, align with SOPs and credit terms, and collaborate with relationship teams to secure approvals while maintaining records and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Business, at least 3 years in Trade Finance, strong MS Excel and Access skills, and excellent verbal and written

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking/Business/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Finance with knowledge of banking and accounting systems.
• Knowledge of risk management and good verbal/written communication.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Process trade finance operation transactions using trade-related systems within required timeframes and bank standards.
• Handle transactions per SOPs and credit terms, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Liaise with relationship teams to obtain necessary approvals for transaction handling.
• Maintain transaction records and reconciliation in line with bank standards.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver consistent service to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage own performance per bank people-management policies.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards in all internal and external interactions.
