Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years in compliance operations with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and data documentation.
• Experience with screening systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality screening and review of alerts for new customers onboarding.
• Review systems used for screening and ensure processes comply.
• Report matches to Compliance to support regulatory requirements.
• Manage self and team per ADCB people policies.
• Organize and supervise team activities to meet targets and business plan.
