Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Management Leader to head the PM&R programs for all plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficient asset use while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

You will drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, manage budgets and projects, and lead engineering and maintenance teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• 8–10 years' experience in engineering/maintenance in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in can manufacturing or high-speed production lines preferred.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, and engineering systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance (PM&R) programs for all plant equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, reliability trends).
• Maintain engineering standards, documentation, and equipment history.
• Provide technical support to Production to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate engineering activities with production and other departments.
• Plan and execute plant projects, upgrades, and annual shutdowns.
• Manage external contractors and engineers for service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and maintenance practices.
