Job summary

JAMS HR Solutions seeks a Plant Maintenance Superintendent to lead all maintenance activities across Ready-Mix and cement plants. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective programs while championing HSE compliance and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong RCA, team leadership, and experience with CMMS/SAP, plus a deep understanding of plant reliability and TPM principles. Excellent English skills and offshore-ready manageability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–10 years in maintenance leadership for process plants.
• Proven experience with cement/Ready-Mix or similar industrial assets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead RCA and advanced troubleshooting to eliminate recurring failures.
• Plan major turnarounds, plant shutdowns and CAPEX upgrades.
• Maintain HSE compliance and promote a zero-harm safety culture.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and external contractor performance.
