Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Leader to drive reliability and uptime across high-speed can plants.

You will supervise PM/RC programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with production, QA, and supply chain to optimize equipment performance. The role requires a strong background in maintenance systems, project management, and teams leadership, with priority given to candidates from can-manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• 8–10 years of engineering/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role; experience in can manufacturing or high-speed lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, reliability trends).
• Provide technical support to Production and coordinate with other departments.
• Plan and execute plant projects, upgrades, and annual shutdowns.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance teams.
