Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Management Leader to head the PM&R programs for all plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficient asset use while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.
You will drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, manage budgets and projects, and lead engineering and maintenance teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.
To lead and manage all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations, optimal equipment performance, and efficient utilization of assets, while maintaining full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Maintenance & Reliability Management Lead preventive and corrective maintenance (PM&R) programs for all plant equipment Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, reliability trends) Maintain engineering standards, documentation, and equipment history Engineering Operations & Technical Support Provide technical support to Production to resolve operational issues Coordinate engineering activities with production and other departments Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and equipment specifications Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify and implement improvements in equipment, processes, and maintenance practices Drive efficiency improvement projects and reliability enhancements Align with corporate standards and best practices (WCP initiatives) Optimize maintenance strategies and reduce operational losses Spare Parts & Inventory Management Manage spare parts procurement, stock levels, and inventory optimization Review stock parameters (reorder points, quantities) to ensure availability and cost efficiency Control obsolete inventory and coordinate with other plants for utilization Budget & Cost Control Prepare and manage engineering and maintenance budgets (repairs, labor, utilities, CAPEX) Monitor repair and maintenance costs against budget targets Control contractor costs and technical service expenditures Support capital investment planning and PAR processes Projects & Technical Services Plan and execute plant projects, upgrades, and annual shutdown activities Manage external contractors and technical service providers Ensure cost-effective and high-quality execution of engineering projects Coordinate installation and commissioning of new machinery Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Ensure full compliance with corporate and local safety regulations Promote safe working practices and equipment safety standards Lead risk assessments, safety improvements, and audits Drive continuous improvement in plant safety culture People Management & Development Lead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance teams Plan manpower allocation and ensure effective workforce utilization Develop training plans, skills matrix, and succession planning Promote teamwork, engagement, and performance excellence Stakeholder Management Work closely with Production, QA, EHS, Supply Chain, and HR departments Provide regular updates to Plant Manager on engineering performance Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and technical partners Others Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by Plant Manager Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and culture

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering Specialization: Maintenance / Manufacturing / Can Industry Background: Minimum 8-10 years' experience in engineering/maintenance in manufacturing.
