Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Leadership role to lead PM&R programs across all plant equipment and drive uptime, efficiency, and cost control.

You will analyze breakdowns, coordinate with production and engineering teams, and manage upgrades and external contractors. The role emphasizes budgeting, spare parts optimization, and continuous improvement in maintenance practices within a can manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering.
• Experience: 8–10 years in engineering/maintenance in manufacturing; 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Can manufacturing or high-speed production lines experience preferred.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, and engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance (PM&R) programs for all plant equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, reliability trends).
• Coordinate engineering activities with production and other departments.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment.
• Plan and execute plant projects, upgrades, and shutdowns.
• Manage external contractors and technical service providers.
