• Develop and implement reliability engineering best practices to enhance product performance and longevity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations to identify and resolve reliability issues in products and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and tests that assess product reliability and performance under various conditions.
• Analyze and interpret data from reliability testing, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on findings.
• Create and maintain reliability prediction models, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current engineering standards.
• Design and implement reliability improvement initiatives and strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on reliability engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to reliability engineering processes, including reports, test plans, and analysis records.
• Communicate reliability metrics and performance results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
