AveNew Development in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Property Consultant with proven developer real estate experience to drive property sales and client satisfaction.

You will identify sales opportunities, conduct client consultations, show properties, negotiate close deals, and ensure smooth closings while delivering market insights and building lasting relationships.

Only candidates with a valid real estate license and the ability to work independently or within a team will be considered.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, and negotiating deals. If you're passionate about real estate and delivering excellent customer service, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Client Consultations: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide property recommendations. Show Properties: Organize and conduct property viewings for clients. Negotiate & Close Sales: Help clients negotiate prices and prepare contracts. Ensure smooth closings. Provide Market Insights: Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
