Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive payroll and employee banking solutions with targeted employers in Abu Dhabi. You will source payroll salaried accounts, cross-sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products, and build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and Admin contacts.

You will conduct marketing and onboarding sessions, review credit applications, visit potential clients to close deals, and promptly escalate any customer complaints or delays

Qualifications

• Multi-products sales, payroll or employee banking experience.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards.
• Sales skills and computer skills.
• General awareness of competitors in the local and regional market.
• Driving license.
