Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Managers with daily client servicing and relationship management activities.
• Process and monitor client transaction requests, including securities transactions and payments.
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure timely execution.
• Support client onboarding, account openings/closures, and documentation.
• Assist with credit approval requests, loan drawdowns, and renewals.
• Monitor account balances, pending items, and transaction execution.
• Handle client inquiries and requests, escalating to the Relationship Manager where required.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal banking policies and procedures.
