Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing relationships and client portfolios.

• Balance sheet analysis.
• Key financial ratios.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new client acquisition by sourcing and analysing financial data to submit accurate credit applications for onboarding.
• Assist in portfolio management by identifying new products and channels to grow the portfolio.
• Maintain client dossiers to ensure a 360-degree view of client requirements.
• Support client visits to gather data on risk profiles.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver the required service levels.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards in all customer interactions.
