The role requires fluency in Malayalam, Hindi and English, a solid understanding of forex markets, and strong client service. A Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Economics is preferred, with CFD experience a plus.

Job Description

Reporting to the Team Lead / Senior Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on onboarding new clients and supporting the growth of these accounts through a value-based relationship approach. You will work in a team comprising culturally diverse professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
• Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media engagement.
• Develop professional and trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high level of service and support.
• Research and identify opportunities to develop new prospects and assess customer potential.
• Prepare and execute effective sales activities using available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to relevant teams regarding customer needs, expectations, and challenges.
• Continuously develop knowledge of financial markets and the company's products and services.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Stay informed about global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical developments that may impact financial markets.
• Translate complex financial and economic information into clear, client-friendly insights.
• Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Native Malayalam and Hindi speaker with fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of forex trading, currency pairs, and the factors influencing market movements.
• Ability to analyze financial markets, economic indicators, and macroeconomic trends.
• Excellent client relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and licensing requirements relevant to the industry.
• Experience working in a sales role within a CFD broker or financial trading environment.
• Experience managing a sales team within a CFD broker environment is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
