Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Technology Lead to define and deliver the regional strategy for technology reporting, data management and governance across Group Functions Technology in Abu Dhabi. Proven track record leading Enterprise Technology, Data, Governance or Technology Strategy functions.
Strong knowledge of banking regulatory environments and reporting requirements.
Experience building reporting, data governance and control frameworks.
Ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

Establish a consistent framework for regional technology reporting and governance.
Lead reporting for governance forums, regulators and external audits.
Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.
Promote standardised, reusable solutions and automation to improve efficiency.
Manage engagement with regulators, auditors and senior governance forums.
