Qualifications

• CA designation with 13–15 years of banking/regulatory experience.
• Experience with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in large banking environments with complex reporting structures.
• Knowledge of prudential regulations, capital adequacy, liquidity reporting, and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review, and submission of UAE and overseas regulatory reports within set timelines.
• Drive data quality, reconciliations, validations, governance controls and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and overseas branches to ensure data integrity.
• Support Central Bank examinations, regulatory reviews, internal and external audits by coordinating responses and reporting analyses.
• Lead automation, digitization, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
• Review and enhance reporting methodologies, mapping logic, and processes to align with regulatory expectations.
