HSBC Holdings plc in the United Arab Emirates invites an experienced Regulatory Reporting Technology Lead to define and deliver the regional strategy for technology reporting, data management and governance across Group Functions Technology.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit to elevate reporting quality, enable data‑driven decisions, and deploy modern platforms, automation and AI-enabled analytics across the regulatory reporting landscape.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience leading Enterprise Technology, Data, Governance or Technology Strategy functions within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory environments, enterprise governance and reporting requirements.
• Experience establishing reporting, data governance and control frameworks.

Mansioni

• Define and deliver the regional technology reporting strategy and governance.
• Lead reporting for governance forums, regulators and internal/external audits.
• Promote data literacy and data-driven decision-making across the org.
• Drive adoption of standardized data platforms and AI-enabled analytics.
