Job summary

Deriv seeks an IC engineer to build systems that catch compliance issues before fines. You will design regulatory radar combining NLP with rule engines, enabling automated monitoring and screening across jurisdictions. The role emphasizes scalable automation and on-going regulatory intelligence.

You’ll contribute to onboarding, AML and fraud workflows, integrating AI/ML and blockchain tech as needed, with mentorship and technical leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience designing regulatory monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions screening processes.
• Ability to build scalable automation for regulatory compliance.
