deltaconX AG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and evolution of our SaaS platform. You will bridge Product, Engineering and Service Desk to translate regulatory and technical requirements into scalable solutions.

The role is based in Abu Dhabi (Masdar City), UAE, with a hybrid work model and a 42-hour week. You will own the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of features in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• Define and prioritize business needs based on regulatory changes and market trends.
• Develop functional requirements and clear specifications for Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive product strategy with a clear roadmap and value proposition.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on value and deadlines.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Service Desk teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize business needs by understanding client requirements, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Develop functional requirements with actionable specifications, workflows, schemas, and concepts.
• Drive product strategy and maintain the product roadmap and value proposition.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer needs, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Management, Analysts, Development, Release Management, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Service Desk, and other Product Managers for alignment.
• Understand system interactions, data flows, and technical constraints.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and documentation.
