deltaconX AG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy and evolution of our SaaS platform. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Service Desk and Business stakeholders to translate regulatory and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.

The role requires strong product ownership, solid technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, workflows and system dependencies, and the ability to deliver measurable value to clients in a fast-paced,

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Experience in strongly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile tools.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize business needs into a roadmap while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop functional requirements, workflows, schemas, and specs for Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and value proposition.
• Manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on value and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Service Desk, and other Product Managers.
• Translate regulatory changes into product features and improvements.
• Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory developments.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, analysis, and documentation.
