Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey region. You’ll deliver measurable improvements in business performance, customer and colleague experience, and operational efficiency, translating strategy into executable change and strong governance.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, risk and finance, driving adoption and post-implementation support while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; UAE equivalency may be needed for visa.
• Strong understanding of banking risk and control expectations and governance.
• Proven ability to embed controls into process and tech change with audit-ready evidence.
• Proven process-improvement capability (Lean/Six Sigma) with root-cause analysis.
• Data-led decision making using KPIs and dashboards to measure success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of transformation programmes from initiation to closure on time and budget.
• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps with milestones, dependencies and benefits.
• Establish governance including steering committees and investment cases.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
