Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services seeks a Manager for Hire to Retire Process to lead end-to-end transformation across HR lifecycles. You will design future-state operating models and drive value through digital-enabled processes, collaborating with Human Capital, IT, vendors and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 6–10 years of consultancy or transformation experience, strong analytics and stakeholder management, and UAE/GCC exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Management or related discipline.
• Six to ten years of experience in HR transformation, business transformation, HR shared services or management consulting.
• Demonstrable consultancy, advisory or HR transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience designing Hire-to-Retire processes and future-state operating models, not just PMO coordination.
• Experience delivering process and technology change across HCM environments in complex, multi-entity organisations.
• Broad knowledge of the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle across multiple HR areas.
• UAE or wider GCC experience.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, project-delivery and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, from diagnosis to benefit realisation.
• Design standardised, simplified, digitally enabled future-state processes and operating models.
• Translate transformation priorities into project plans, requirements, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with HC teams, Group IT, advisers and vendors to deliver HCM technology, workflow, automation and self-service solutions.
• Use data to develop business cases, identify improvements and track benefits.
• Lead workshops and support change management, communications and training.
