Job summary
HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced Finance Technology Lead to define and deliver the technology strategy for HSBC’s regional Finance portfolio in the UAE. You will partner with Finance executives and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into secure, resilient technology solutions.

Qualifications
- Needs a UAE visa and work permit with a full-time degree.
- Significant senior technology leadership experience in financial services (10+ years).
- Proven track record leading Finance Technology portfolios regionally or globally.
- Deep knowledge of Finance platforms, processes, and banking technology.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation and modernisation.
Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the regional Finance Technology strategy aligned with global roadmap and enterprise vision.
- Define investment plans, platform roadmaps and modernisation priorities.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, cloud and secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead governance and partnerships across Technology, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
