Job summary

Qmaizen Quality is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive growth in the TIC sector across Egypt and the MENA region. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and design tailored service offerings aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare proposals, and help close deals while tracking KPIs and sales targets to report performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Senior Sales, preferably in TIC.
• Knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within TIC in Egypt and MENA.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competition.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design customized service offerings.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track KPIs and sales targets and report performance to management.
