Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions in the UAE seeks an experienced Consultancy & Resourcing Advisor to source, deploy, manage and retain consultants across the MENA region. You will act as the main liaison between consultants, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth mobilisations and high service quality.

Responsibilities include building a robust talent pipeline, coordinating onboarding, tracking performance and maintaining compliance, while supporting sustained growth of consultancy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Engineering or related.
• 8+ years in recruitment, manpower supply or consultancy services.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Asset Management sectors.
• Strong client relation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consultant network across Operations, Maintenance, Wells, Engineering, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Turnaround and Asset Management.
• Build and expand a qualified talent pipeline for contracts and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance checks, visas and client approvals.
• Serve as the primary contact for consultants and clients throughout assignments.
• Monitor performance, utilization and staffing requirements.
