Job summary

8 Recruitment Limited is seeking a Regional Service Sales Manager in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on leading regional service sales, driving renewals, upsell and new service logos, and coordinating with regional management to grow the business.

The RSSM will build and execute service-led solutions targeting regional customers, while aligning with account managers to expand engagements and recurring service value across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management disciplines including performance assessment and coaching.
• Ability to recruit, retain, coach and develop professional salespeople.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities and manage all phases of the sales process with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for sales performance of Service solutions.
• Directly manage Service Sales Account Managers (SSAMs).
• Lead regional sales strategy for platform-oriented and multi-element Services.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design a scalable sales structure.
• Identify talented individuals to enable success across UC and Services sales.
