Job summary

Econz IT Services Private Limited seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive cloud solutions across the Middle East from Dubai. You will leverage existing C-level relationships, develop new ones, and act as a trusted partner to understand client challenges and goals, closing enterprise and mid-market deals while ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with engineers and Google teams, and delivering market insights and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of cloud industry experience in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-starter skills.

Role overview

As a Regional Sales Manager you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives develop new relationships and act as a trusted business partner to understand their unique company challenges and goals You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities closing enterprise and mid-market deals and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region through direct client engagement and effective account management

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the Middle East region to meet sales targets while building strong long-term relationships
• Manage the entire sales cycle for Enterprise and Strategic accounts including prospecting pitching negotiating and closing deals
• Collaborate with Customer Engineers and the Google team to develop and execute account strategies driving growth and unlocking opportunities with large enterprise customers
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities stay informed on industry trends and gather competitive insights
• Provide sales reports forecasts and strategic recommendations to the management team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in the Cloud industry in the Middle East
• Strong communication negotiation and self-starter skills
• Experience in cloud sales and solutions, consistently exceeding business goals.Experience collaborating with technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
• Expertise in leveraging C-level relationships to promote cloud solutions over competitors.Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
