Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager Sales (One Vasco) to drive revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team and optimizing performance in the Hospitality and Service sectors. The role focuses on client relationships, VAS opportunities, and contract negotiations with partners and VACs.

The candidate will recruit and manage VAS staff, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with security and safety standards while promoting ESG practices in the local operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in the Hotel and Hospitality or Service industry with experience in Corporate Sales, preferably from the Hotel Industry.
• Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong client relationships across multiple assigned sectors.
• Analyze business operations and assess the reliability of local contacts to support expansion.
• Identify and drive Value-Added Services (VAS) implementation through coordination with VFS & missions.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with partners, missions, and Visa Application Centers (VACs).
• Expand local networks to identify and promote VAS service opportunities.
• Stay informed about the local market’s political, economic, and regulatory landscape to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in recruiting and managing VAS officers to support business growth.
• Manage budgets for assigned projects and monitor performance against targets.
• Drive business growth through technology-driven enhancements.
• Oversee people management across geographies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure security and safety at assigned locations by implementing corporate security policies.
• Monitor and report security incidents while coordinating with regional security teams.
• Maintain security reporting processes and establish emergency service contacts.
• Supervise contracted security personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Promote judicious use of natural resources.
• Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
