Job summary

Fuze Finance, a global digital asset infrastructure group, seeks a partnerships-focused professional in Dubai to drive origination, structuring, and ongoing management of partner agreements. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Sales to deliver jointly beneficial outcomes.

The role requires 4–6 years in fintech partnerships, fluency in stablecoins and on-chain finance, and a proven ability to close deals with banks, PSPs, and crypto partners.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
• Solid grasp of payment infrastructures (card rails, cross-border payments, local schemes, correspondent banking) with fluency in stablecoins/on-chain finance.
• Track record of independently managing commercial relationships and closing partnership agreements.
• Comfort negotiating commercial terms; exposure to compliance/licensing in fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible with banks, PSPs, and crypto partners.
• Self-starter, able to manage multiple partner relationships in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure partnerships across banking partners, PSPs, liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and on/off-ramp providers.
• Own day-to-day portfolio relationships and drive partner engagement and growth.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Product for due diligence and partner fit.
• Translate partner needs into input for Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering on joint GTM with partners.
• Support leadership with pipeline and deal status reporting.
