Job summary

Fuze Finance in Dubai seeks a proactive Commercial Operator to own the MENA fintech, PSP and neobank segment, from acquisition through expansion, partnering closely with Solutions, Compliance and Product.

You will build the commercial plan, create pipeline and close new logos, then oversee onboarding, go-live and ongoing growth across payments, embedded trading and lending, while feeding the roadmap with client feedback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical sales, solutions or business development with a record of closing new business.
• Experience selling into fintechs, PSPs or digital asset businesses, with an existing regional network.
• Solid grasp of payments infrastructure and stablecoins; able to explain architecture to a commercial buyer and a model to an engineer.
• Strong instincts on pricing, deal structure and forecasting.
• Experience selling in MENA and understanding regional buying decisions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple relationships without dropping any.
• Excellent English; Arabic a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the segment: Build the commercial plan to cover fintechs, PSPs, neobanks and marketplaces across MENA.
• Win new logos: Generate pipeline and close deals with clear revenue ownership.
• Lead the solution: Run discovery, co-lead demos, and discuss stablecoin mechanics, on- and off-ramps, and embedded trading.
• Landing the integration: Handover into compliance, onboarding and go-live and stay accountable until the client transacts.
• Grow share of platform: Expand relationships across payments, trading, yield and lending according to client roadmap.
• Structure deals: Build pricing and terms that protect margins, negotiate terms firmly.
• Be the voice of the segment: Convey client pain points and feature requests to Product for roadmap input.
• Forecasting and reporting: Keep CRM, forecasts and pipeline accurate for leadership.
• Representing Fuze: Maintain regional visibility at conferences and fintech communities.
