Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer (Energy) to drive sales for Steel Materials & Solutions across the Middle East. Develop strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver steel solutions to Oil & Gas, LNG, Offshore Wind, Energy, and Industrial Projects.

The role requires a technical and commercial mindset, 3–5 years in industrial sales, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships while achieving growth. Travel across the ME region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or BA/Marketing.
• 3–5 years in Sales & Business Development.
• Experience in Steel, Industrial Products, Oil & Gas, LNG or Energy sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong BD, technical sales, KAM, tendering, CRM and market analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across the Middle East.
• Expand existing accounts and acquire new clients.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and contracts.
• Present technical and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support.
• Track sales forecasts and pipeline.
• Travel across the Middle East as required.
