Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Account/Product/Program management with strong sales background in avionics or aerospace SaaS solutions; connectivity and BI sales preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and create positive end-to-end experiences.
• Experience identifying technology services that unlock new growth opportunities.
• Strong business strategy, market development, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into sales solutions and architect partnerships to drive new opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, finance, and legal to develop sales solutions.
• Monitor and drive deals to closure while managing risk and optimizing negotiation strategies.
• Lead negotiations and communicate with all stakeholders to secure buy-in and approvals.
• Develop and maintain external relationships with partners, customers, and industry players.
