Job summary

Hermes Paris is seeking a Retail Operations Manager in Dubai Head Office to optimize store operations, lead regional teams, and drive omnichannel initiatives. The role emphasizes aligning corporate policies with store-level execution and developing best practices across the region.

You will spend time in stores to understand field realities, train staff, and support recruitment in collaboration with HR, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in line with group guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience in an operations position.
• Excellent behavioral and communication skills, leadership, ability to work with store teams and liaise with corporate.
• High level of understanding of supply chain concepts and service orientation.
• Organized, rigorous, reliable, and able to anticipate and prioritize activities of a team.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language requirements: local language, English fluent (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Manage the team overseeing store operations, Press Showroom operations, and Regional After-Sales Hub operations.
• Participate actively in the recruitment process for your team, with HR support: sourcing profiles, conducting interviews.
• Cooperate with store management and act as the entry point at store level for operations matters in stores.
• Liaise with corporate for store operations policies and guidelines.
• Roll out Group Policies & Procedures for in-store operations and redefine back/front-office organization.
• Ensure proper use of tools for newcomers and existing users; liaise with DSI in Paris regarding improvements.
• Facilitate integration of Omnichannel tools in stores and enhance operability between CRCs and stores.
• Set KPI-minded culture for store operations and monitor stock and sales-related metrics.
• Oversee stock organization, stock accuracy, and back-office standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end back-office customer service, price updates, logistics, and repair coordination.
• Lead regional Retail Projects rollout, store openings, renovations, and exceptional sales events.
