Hermès Dubai Mall flagship seeks a Store Director to oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, buying, client development, service, and staff management. You will be accountable for strategy, execution of initiatives, and overall performance of a high-volume multi-level store.

Reports to the Retail Director. The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, and strong collaboration with VM and Corporate teams, with travel to Paris 3–4 weeks annually.

Qualifications

• Impeccable standards of service for luxury clientele.
• Experience interacting with high-level executives and frequent store visits.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 weeks annually to Paris.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for flagship performance and lead change initiatives.
• Oversee buying, inventory, and stock management for the store.
• Coach and develop store leadership, conduct evaluations, and ensure policy adherence.
• Drive P&L, sales goals, and inventory results with a hands-on leadership style.
• Collaborate with VM and Communications to highlight product stories.
