Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a commercially driven Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple stores across Dubai, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence and outstanding customer service. You will lead Store Managers, monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and inventory control while supporting openings, closures and store initiatives.

• Proven experience managing multiple retail stores in an Area Manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing full-price stores in apparel or footwear retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and profitability targets.

• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
