You will coach Store Managers, shape the commercial agenda, lead openings and relocations, negotiate rents, and ensure operational excellence through disciplined governance and cross-functional collaboration.

• Extensive leadership experience in luxury retail management.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand ambassador to promote client-centric mindset across the retail network.
• Coach Store Managers to enhance sales, leadership, and customer service.
• Define and monitor KPIs: sales, discounts, service, CRM, and loyalty.
• Oversee annual sales plans and profitability targets.
• Guide openings, closures, relocations, and perimeter changes.
• Negotiate rents and manage external partnerships.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising quality.
