BVLGARI is seeking a Client Advisor and Sales Support in Dubai to deliver an inspirational, luxurious shopping experience. You will maximise sales opportunities, assist peers, and maintain product knowledge to meet store targets.

You will manage the sales process from Welcome to Packaging, ensure CRM data is accurate, and contribute to KPIs while upholding brand standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience within jewelry or a luxury/fashion brand.
• Experience with Marketing and CRM techniques is required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients entering the store, providing an extraordinary service.
• Listen to client needs and offer customized product advice and brand discovery.
• Build and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
