Job summary

Richemont seeks a People Operations Manager to lead regional HR service delivery across the UAE. You will guide a skilled team to ensure a high-performing, consistent HR service, balancing strategic support with transactional administration, and leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement to elevate the employee experience.

You will drive regional operational improvements using LEAN, oversee SLA-driven Tier 0/1 support, and manage dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regional HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery experience.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing HR Operations teams through operating-model transformations.
• Strong continuous improvement/process optimization experience (LEAN methodology is highly regarded).
• Excellent analytical capabilities, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting.
• High comfort level with HR systems, particularly Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies.
• Manage Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support services with strong SLA adherence.
• Oversee dashboards and monthly metrics to mitigate risks.
• Build a customer-focused, lean culture with clear KPIs and development support.
• Own HR technologies such as Workday HCM, Enboarder, and Time Management tools.
