Job summary

Bybit is expanding its global B2B fiat and investment product operations from Abu Dhabi to LATAM, SEA, EU and beyond. You will own design, launch and scaling of fiat-based products, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships, collaborating with Product, Treasury and Compliance teams.

The role demands strong strategic thinking, cross-functional execution, and a track record in financial services with B2B partnerships, regulatory awareness, and a high ownership mindset in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize fiat-based product operations including OTC and broker services
• Define partner economics, liquidity routing and market models
• Own end-to-end B2B fiat initiatives and onboarding of partners
• Monitor metrics and optimize revenue, volume and conversions
• Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, and stablecoin issuers
• Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment

This role sits at the core of Bybit’s transition from a crypto exchange to a digital financial platform, where fiat infrastructure, stablecoins, and B2B partnerships drive user acquisition and revenue.

You will own the design, launch, and scaling of B2B fiat and investment-related operations globally — including Fiat-as-a-Broker (liquidity infrastructure), OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships. The role requires a combination of product thinking, operational execution, and ecosystem building across LATAM, SEA, EU, and other key markets.

You will work closely with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and regional teams to build scalable, compliant, and revenue-generating B2B business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Fiat & Investment Product Operations

• Design and optimize operational frameworks for fiat-based products, including OTC, broker service, and structured fiat flows
• Build and iterate business and revenue models (spread, incentives, partner economics, liquidity routing)
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across global markets (LATAM, SEA, EU)

B2B Business Development & Integration

• Own end-to-end execution of B2B fiat initiatives, including:
• Fiat-as-a-Broker (liquidity infrastructure & white-label solutions)
• OTC and RFQ flows for institutional clients
• Stablecoin partnerships
• Payment and fiat infrastructure outsourcing
• Fiat Earn / yield product collaborations
• Design integration frameworks and go-to-market strategies for partners (banks, fintechs, payment providers)
• Define product requirements and work with Product/Tech to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive onboarding and activation of B2B partners

Operations, Performance & Growth

• Own daily operations of B2B and investment products, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service quality
• Design and implement SOPs, operational workflows, and service standards
• Build and optimize incentive schemes, pricing strategies, and partner economics
• Monitor key metrics (volume, conversion, revenue) and continuously optimize performance

Partner Management&Ecosystem Building

• Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, liquidity partners, and stablecoin issuers
• Act as the key interface across internal teams (Product, Compliance, Treasury, Risk, Regional Ops)
• Drive strategic partnerships to expand Bybit's fiat and stablecoin ecosystem

Compliance & Risk Coordination

• Ensure all business lines operate within regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to design scalable, compliant operational models
• Support EDD, onboarding, and transaction monitoring processes for B2B clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services, with exposure to investment or B2B products
• Strong understanding of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows, or financial product mechanics
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and regional teams
• Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable insights
• High ownership and execution ability in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, stablecoins, OTC trading, or digital asset infrastructure
• Exposure to global markets and local payment ecosystems
• Experience building new business lines or products from 0→1
• Background in EMI, banking licenses, or regulated financial environments
