Job summary

Moodys is seeking a Senior Regional Partner Manager to drive the Middle East partner ecosystem, nurturing existing alliances and onboarding new ones to deliver independent services aligned with growth objectives.

You will lead cross-border collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services and Legal, shaping regional strategy and ensuring partner readiness and governance while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner-management or client-relationship-management.
• Software or services sales experience.
• Experience in financial services industry or consulting.
• Strong negotiation and commercial focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Ability to lead meetings with senior/C-level management.
• Self-starter with high energy and execution capability.
• Ability to multitask, adapt priorities, and work under pressure.
• Experience in portfolio management, loans origination, risk/financial modelling, stress testing, or regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and oversee existing partner relationships; identify and onboard new partners to deliver independent services projects.
• Develop and manage the Delivery Partner network in the Middle East to support software implementation and growth.
• Collaborate across divisions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, Legal) within Moodys.
• Enhance and manage regional partner strategy with Partner Management and Strategy teams.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage partner-based assignments using a demand model.
• Source new partners, manage bench, negotiate rates, and drive adoption.
• Coordinate subcontracting and prime project work with partners per strategy.
• Build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders across borders.
• Develop win-win relationships meeting profitability and growth objectives.
• Communicate via web/email/conferences to keep partners informed of Moodys products and requirements.
• Ensure partners are trained and certified to MA standards, identify improvements.
• Monitor SLAs and partner progress with a dashboard; leverage for growth.
• Develop strategies with internal teams to leverage partners for incremental sales.
