Stryker in the UAE/GCC region seeks an Operations Manager to lead all operations for UAE and KSA markets. Hybrid or onsite work is available, with travel up to 40% to drive customer service, kit logistics, and warehousing strategies.

The role requires a business/logistics degree, 5+ years in logistics and customer-facing leadership, plus 3 years of people management in a multinational setting. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Business or Logistics discipline or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management and customer-facing roles.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience in a multinational company with complex organization.

• Develop and implement Operations strategy for assigned markets in current model.
• Manage operational activities and develop talent across teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for sustained solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and regional integration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and KPI targets for Customer and Logistics Services.
