Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. The position offers hybrid or onsite work flexibility with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent.
• 5 years in similar ops roles, mix of logistics/warehouse and customer-facing.
• 3 years people management experience.
• Experience in multinational company with complex org.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations strategy for assigned markets across KSA & UAE.
• Lead and optimize Customer Service, Kit Booking, Logistics, and Warehousing activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure KPI and financial metric targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial, RAQA, Finance, and Sales to leverage opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA and internal policies.
