Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Regional Offloads Operations Leader to drive operational execution across a defined region of offload partners, aligning to business priorities and customer commitments. The role connects partner performance to GE Aerospace services network objectives with rigorous cadences, SV data analysis, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, services, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead regional oversight of offload partners to ensure execution to commitments and standards.
Serve as primary regional operations interface between GE Aerospace and offload partners.
Drive consistent shop execution via performance reviews, cadences, and standard work.
Monitor SV data to connect regional S&OP plans with actual performance and constraints.
Identify risks and recovery actions through routine performance analysis and partner engagement.
Lead regional cadences and provide visibility to performance, risks, and escalation needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance and SQDIP adherence.
Drive continuous improvement and standardized operating mechanisms across the network.
