eMagine Solutions is recruiting a Regional Service Leader / Head of Service for the Middle East on behalf of a global engineering company. The role demands executive leadership to run service like a business, with strong governance and commercial accountability across the region.

Lead multi-site service operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality delivery with strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, safety, and regulatory standards. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with engineering/service delivery background.
• Experience running service-like operations across multi-site regions.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and escalation capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service organization and own contracted outcomes, uptime and safety.
• Manage executive governance, QBRs and performance reviews with customers.
• Drive programme-style delivery, planning, resourcing and risk management.
• Oversee contracts, SLAs, KPIs, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Own growth through renewals, upsell opportunities and account development.
